Job Summary
Conduct 8–12 pre-scheduled in-home appointments weekly to sell roofing products and services to homeowners. Assess client needs, provide recommendations, and close high-ticket deals without cold calling or door knocking. Drive to pre-set appointments Monday through Friday, with Saturday availability, while completing a two-week training program and attending regular sales meetings. Earn an expected monthly range of $12,500–$25,000 with uncapped commissions, targeting $150K–$300K annually. Ideal for experienced outside sales professionals with 3+ years in car sales, retail, or account management who thrive in a commission-driven environment.
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of prior outside sales experience
- Demonstrated history of successfully meeting sales objectives
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to establish rapport and foster trust with customers
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
