Job Summary
Conduct 8–12 pre-scheduled in-home appointments weekly to assess roofing needs, recommend products, and close high-ticket sales. Drive to pre-set appointments Monday through Friday (1pm, 6pm) and Saturdays (10am, 2pm) without cold calling or door knocking. Complete a paid two-week training program and attend regular sales meetings. This role is ideal for experienced high-ticket closers from car sales, retail, or inside sales backgrounds. Top performers earn $150K+ annually with uncapped commissions. Southern National Roofing is a $25M+ residential roofing company ranked in the top 100 nationally.
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of prior outside sales experience
- Demonstrated history of successfully meeting sales objectives
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to establish rapport and foster trust with customers
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Proficient in utilizing various technologies including laptops, mobile devices, and tablets
- Exceptional negotiation and communication abilities
