Job Summary

Conduct 8–12 pre-scheduled in-home appointments weekly to sell roofing products and services, assessing homeowner needs and closing large deals. Drive to pre-set appointments Monday through Friday and Saturday, with no cold calling or door knocking required. Complete a paid two-week training program and attend regular sales meetings. Earn $150K–$300K annually based on uncapped commission and weekly draws. Ideal for high-ticket closers with three years of outside sales experience, a valid driver's license, and a history of meeting objectives.

Required Qualifications

3 years of prior outside sales experience
Demonstrated history of successfully meeting sales objectives
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Able to establish rapport and foster trust with customers
Valid driver's license
Reliable transportation
Proficient in utilizing various technologies including laptops, mobile devices, and tablets
Exceptional negotiation and communication abilities
