Job Summary
Conduct 8–12 pre-scheduled in-home appointments weekly to sell roofing products and services to homeowners, assessing needs and closing large deals without cold calling or door knocking. Drive to pre-set appointments Monday through Saturday, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. Complete a paid two-week training program and attend regular sales meetings to stay updated on company offerings. This role targets experienced high-ticket closers from car sales, retail, or account management backgrounds, with expected on-target annual earnings of $150K–$300K for Southern National Roofing, a $25M+ residential contractor ranked in the top 2% of Master Elite Roofers nationwide.
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of prior outside sales experience
- Demonstrated history of successfully meeting sales objectives
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to establish rapport and foster trust with customers
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Proficient in utilizing various technologies including laptops, mobile devices, and tablets
- Exceptional negotiation and communication abilities
