Job Summary
Own the full sales process from call to close using qualified inbound leads. Run high-ticket enrollment calls via phone and Zoom, guiding prospects through decision-making with clarity and empathy. Handle objections confidently, particularly financial concerns, while maintaining consistent follow-up through calls, SMS, and email. Own your pipeline, ensure no qualified lead slips through, and maintain accurate CRM notes after every interaction. Hit agreed sales and activity KPIs consistently while representing the brand professionally. Work closely with the team to improve close rates and overall performance in a fast-moving cybersecurity environment.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of high-ticket closing experience
- Proven experience closing remotely through phone and Zoom
- Experience selling education, coaching, consulting, or service-based offers
- Strong objection handling and consultative selling ability
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High ownership and self-discipline
- Strong CRM hygiene and follow-up habits
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Ability to work EST/CST/PST-aligned hours as needed
- Must be comfortable with sales targets or performance expectations
- Must not need constant supervision or reminders to follow up
- Must have real high-ticket closing experience
- Must be looking for a casual or low-pressure role
- Must be able to confidently handle objections or ask for the sale
