Job Summary
Inform clients about the Elements Wellness Program benefits and guide them through the enrollment process using our proven sales methodology. Manage the appointment paperwork and payment workflow to ensure it remains brief, accurate, and painless for every visitor. Serve as the primary point of contact for hospitality on the phone and in the studio, collaborating with managers and therapists to foster a client-centered environment. Prioritize listening to new and existing members while converting inquiries into wellness plan sales. Earn commission on monthly conversions and qualify for up to $200 in additional bonuses. Must be available for night and weekend shifts.

- Prior retail sales experience
