Job Summary
Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to build relationships, identify needs, and recommend suitable products. Guide clients through the onboarding and account activation process while achieving individual sales targets and performance objectives. Maintain regular communication to increase engagement and retention, record interactions within the CRM system, and collaborate with internal teams for a seamless experience. Provide accurate information regarding company products and services while staying informed about industry trends. Fluent English required; additional languages an advantage. Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales or a client-facing role
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven and performance-oriented environment
- Excellent problem-solving and customer service abilities
- Experience working with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented
- Fluent English
