Job Summary
Customer Service Representative at Horizon Distributors' Las Vegas Horizon sales center. Greet walk-in and phone customers, understand needs, upsell product solutions, collaborate with team to deliver value, prepare sales orders, assist in loading merchandise, make follow-up calls, resolve complaints professionally, maintain a clean and stocked center, and assist in warehouse duties. Required Qualifications
- Strong customer-service attitude
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented
- Good computer and record-keeping skills
- Aptitude to learn systems and processes
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds (and up to 20 pounds regularly)
- Possess or obtain forklift certification
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
- Irrigation experience or landscape product knowledge helpful
