Job Summary
Sales Center Manager- Operations is responsible for managing store operations and personnel to meet revenue, budget and other business objectives; develops relationships with key customers, defines goals for SSC personnel, trains and leads associates across customer service, order management, purchasing, warehouse, and office administration; cross-trains on SSC operations; conducts performance management, and ensures compliance with safety and HR policies; analyzes sales reports and margins, manages credit transactions and collections, and plans sales forecasts to align with corporate goals. The role requires strong leadership, interpersonal and analytical skills, proficiency in MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint, and Dal-Tile certified operation of powered industrial trucks.
Required Qualifications
- HS diploma and 5+ years relevant sales experience required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field and 1+ years of relevant sales experience. 4 years prior selling experience.
- Minimum 2 years previous management experience.
