Job Summary

Lead and manage store operations and personnel to meet revenue, budget, and objectives for the Dal-Tile sales center. Develop customer relationships within the store coverage area, set and communicate goals to SSC staff, supervise training and development in customer service, order management, purchasing, warehouse duties, office administration, truck management, and system processes, recruit and manage SSC staff, analyze sales reports and margins, ensure budget adherence, safety program compliance, and performance against KPIs; drive strategic plans, forecast accuracy, and cross-functional coordination to optimize market penetration and profitability.

Required Qualifications

  • HS diploma and 5+ years relevant sales experience required
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field and 1+ years of relevant sales experience
  • 4 years prior selling experience
  • Minimum 2 years previous management experience
