Job Summary
Lead daily operations of a wholesale HVAC sales center, drive sales profitability, manage the center's P&L, and supervise a diversified workforce including Counter Sales, Driver Warehouse, and related teams. Responsibilities include recruiting, hiring, and training staff; managing inventory, showroom merchandising, and safety compliance; coordinating center training and events; maintaining professional interactions with customers, contractors, and vendors; and implementing process and service improvements to achieve business goals. Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills are required to ensure customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and team performance.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred; equivalent professional experience may substitute.
- Demonstrated experience with HVAC equipment in a wholesale distribution setting.
