Job Summary
Lead daily operations of the Sales Center for a wholesale HVAC distributor. Drive sales growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction while managing a diverse team across Showroom, Warehouse, Delivery, and inside/outside sales. Responsible for inventory management, P&L, staffing, training, safety compliance, vendor/customer interactions, and coordinating training/center events. Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred
- Equivalent professional experience may substitute
