Sales Center Host

Job Summary
Greet and welcome all visitors to the sales centre and model homes, engaging prospective homebuyers while directing them to Sales Consultants. Maintain a clean, organized sales office and model home, offering refreshments to ensure every visitor feels valued. Manage daily sign-in procedures, track traffic, and answer incoming calls and emails. Assist with administrative tasks including document preparation, data entry, and filing, while supporting the preparation and distribution of sales materials. Schedule appointments, coordinate client meetings and tours, and support community events and special promotions. Act as back-up support for other sales office functions as needed. This role supports the Mattamy Homes Sales Centre team in delivering a positive homeowner experience within a fast-paced new home construction environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Must be available to work in-person, including evenings and weekends (Saturday/Sunday)
- Ability to work at various sales centers as required
Desired Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in business administration, real estate, or a related field
- Previous experience in customer service, sales administration, or an administrative support role within a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to professionally greet, engage, and support prospective purchasers, Realtors, and business partners
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized with strong time management and attention to detail
- Demonstrated computer proficiency, including experience with Microsoft Office applications and the ability to learn and navigate CRM and database systems
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a demanding, team-oriented sales environment
- Professional, outgoing, and polished demeanor, with a commitment to integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism at all times
