Job Summary

Sales & Catering Coordinator drives seamless event experiences by screening inquiries, preparing and distributing proposals, contracts, resumes, and BEOs for catering and sales, and by maintaining strong client relationships. Responsibilities include presenting rates for wedding blocks and social groups, coordinating with DOS/DOC, generating sales and marketing materials, supporting on-site events, providing day-of-event support, conducting client tours when needed, and ensuring effective communication between clients and staff to deliver exceptional guest service. Key skills include strong sales and relationship management, numerical proficiency with Excel, office administration, and experience with sales software; a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred and Delphi experience is a plus.

Required Qualifications

  • Sales and/or hotel experience preferred
