Job Summary
The Sales & Catering Administrative Assistant supports both the Sales and Catering departments with administrative duties and special projects. Lead and execute projects such as banquet and wedding menu updates, maintain wedding portfolios, and manage vendor lists. Provide administrative support including daily activity reports, House Event BEOs, and building group bookings in Delphi. Assist in preparing client proposals and contracts, and generate detailed sales or catering reports. Coordinate site inspections, client visits, and familiarization tours; ensure accurate client data in Delphi and other systems; support pre-event and post-event processes; manage inbound calls and departmental communications; perform data entry, filing, and office management tasks. Collaborate with the Sales and Catering teams and liaise with leadership as needed; strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
