SALES & CATERING ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Job Summary
Administrative support for Sales and Catering teams including preparing client proposals, contracts, and detailed sales or catering reports; coordinating site inspections, client visits, and familiarization tours; maintaining up-to-date client data in Delphi and other systems; supporting pre-event and post-event processes; handling inquiries and general office tasks; and collaborating with leadership on special projects such as banquet and wedding menu updates and maintaining wedding portfolios. Requires strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities, proficiency with Microsoft Office, experience with CRM or catering software, and a hospitality/business-focused background.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred.
- Previous administrative or hospitality experience, particularly in Sales or Catering, is strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with CRM or catering software is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with a proactive mindset.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Team-oriented with a positive, flexible attitude and high level of discretion.
