Sales Category Finance Controller

The role focuses on supporting the Finance Co-pilot function for the Confectionery category within Nestlé UK&I, driving trade spend optimisation and collaborating with Category Sales Controllers to ensurePricing, promotions, and customer optimisation opportunities are delivered. Responsibilities include leading or contributing to Promotional and Contractual Evaluations, analysing category mix to identify optimization opportunities, providing financial input for target setting and forecast variance analysis, and supporting the Monthly Business Planning cycle. The position requires strong communication and influence across cross-functional teams, a solid understanding of P&L and key KPIs, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. Qualifications emphasize being a Qualified Accountant with ACCA or CIMA credentials or equivalent breadth of experience, along with demonstrated finance acuity and stakeholder-management capabilities.
