Job Summary

Sales Capture Manager to originate and win high-value consulting and technology deals within Financial Services. Build trusted-advisor relationships with C-level executives, shape demand, and lead end-to-end origination and capture strategies. Drive value-based selling across consulting, technology, data and operations; coordinate with SMEs and cross-functional teams; report pipeline and performance to senior leadership. Travel as required to meet client and project needs. The role emphasizes deal shaping, industry-specific value storytelling, and influencing senior stakeholders to secure multi-million-dollar opportunities.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience selling professional services, business consulting, or technology consulting in a senior solutioning, sales management, and/or bid management role
  • Excellent English and Polish communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Proven B2B enterprise sales or business development track record, including value-based selling to C-level executives
  • Demonstrated success in identifying, shaping, and selling integrated solutions (consulting, technology, data & analytics, operations)
  • Track record of achieving and exceeding multi-million-dollar sales targets across multiple sales cycles
  • Mandatory experience in Financial Services, specifically in Insurance
  • Strong understanding of enterprise client needs, IT landscapes, and technology trends
  • Commercial acumen to structure deals, assess economics, and build compelling business cases
  • German language skills are an advantage
  • Exceptional negotiation, influencing, and persuasion capabilities
  • Ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders across diverse, global teams
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel in line with client and project needs
