Scheduling Specialist (Remote) for Express Flooring's call center. You will handle inbound and outbound calls to schedule qualified in-home appointments for Design Consultants, using a CRM to log interactions and dispositions. Expect to meet performance targets such as appointment conversion rates, maintain high-quality customer interactions, and deliver an excellent first impression. Role requires 1–2 years of sales or call center experience, a high-energy, customer-focused approach, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Compensation includes a $20/hr base plus commission with potential to earn $60,000+ annually; schedule includes weekend shifts within office hours. This is a full-time remote position, with eligibility limited to candidates who currently reside in Texas. Benefits and company-paid programs are offered, and compensation ranges from $20–$22/hour based on experience.
