Job Summary
Scheduling Specialist in a fast-growing, in-person call center responsible for handling inbound and outbound homeowner leads and scheduling qualified in-home appointments for Design Consultants. Use CRM to track interactions, update customer details, and manage dispositions. Must meet performance metrics (appointment conversion, quality of interactions) and be able to handle objections with a high-energy, service-oriented approach. Role requires 1–2 years of sales or call center experience, a proactive and coachable attitude, and weekend availability. Location: Tempe, AZ; compensation is $20/hr base plus commission (avg. earnings $60,000+ per year); full-time in-office schedule.
