Sales & Business Development Representative (Murrieta)

Sales & Business Development Representative for VIP, Inc. in the Murrieta area. Field-based role covering Temecula Valley and South Riverside County with ~15% office time in Rancho Cucamonga. Build partnerships with local businesses to create employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities; market and educate employers on the benefits of hiring from VIP’s talent pool; conduct cold calls and outreach to secure job leads; assist clients through the job search, application, and interview process; liaise between VIP, clients, and employers to ensure job success; maintain thorough documentation and provide regular reports; network at community meetings to promote VIP services. Requires strong communication skills, ability to connect with businesses and advocate for clients, organization, detail orientation, and ability to work independently while collaborating with a team. Additional requirements include CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain), reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and a clean driving record, with Spanish/English bilingual preferred.
