Job Summary
Sales/Business Development Representative responsible for engaging inbound leads, performing outbound prospecting via phone, social media, and email to uncover client needs, and qualifying opportunities to accelerate a robust sales pipeline. You will re-engage past leads to find better fits, act as the first point of contact for new inquiries to ensure mutual fit, and leverage cutting-edge software, tools, and AI to develop skills and contribute to revenue growth. Must-haves include at least 1 year of sales experience, pipeline management, CRM usage, and strong communication and rapport-building abilities. The role emphasizes proactive, data-driven work, collaboration, and a hybrid work schedule.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of sales experience
- Experience managing a sales pipeline
- CRM experience (managing tasks, creating sales pipelines, prospect segmentation)
- Phone and email communication skills
- Able to handle inbound calls and tackle objections
- Able to build rapport with clients
- Comfortable with data/tools (Excel/Sheets)
- Proactive and goal-oriented
- Team player with positive attitude
- Nice-to-have: B2B sales experience, cold outreach experience
