Job Summary
Enable customers' roadmap priorities by responding to technical inquiries and identifying local opportunities for new products and installed base services. Collect and communicate near-future technical requirements to senior stakeholders, support feasibility assessments, and validate system performance. Collaborate with internal teams on TRM discussions, negotiate product specifications and SLAs, and ensure satisfaction on new product deliveries and service performance. Represent the customer voice to business leaders and support preparation for PGP meetings. Requires access to controlled technology and a master's degree in a technical subject.
Required Qualifications
- Master degree in technical subject with substantial experience or equivalent working and thinking level
- Experience in technical engineering, preferably in the semiconductor industry
- Understand ASML's core processes, and know how to use and optimize these
- Experienced in interacting with key stakeholders (engineers or peers up the middle management) across customers and within ASML
- Access to controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.)
- Legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work
