Job Summary

Drive digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, social media, and email; manage and grow presence on LinkedIn; monitor and analyze campaign performance with Google Analytics and marketing automation tools; optimize website content and landing pages for conversions; support lead generation and nurture strategies; localize global marketing content for Poland; coordinate content creation (blog posts, case studies, newsletters, whitepapers); support PR activities, partnerships, and event marketing (webinars, trade shows, conferences); work with agencies and channel partners to co-develop marketing activities; conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities; manage marketing budget; collaborate cross-functionally with global and local teams.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • 3+ years of marketing experience (preferably in technology or industrial automation)
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms
  • Experience with SEO, paid advertising, and social media management
  • Analytical mindset and data interpretation for optimization
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with global and local teams
  • English proficiency (minimum B2)
  • Polish fluent
  • Experience in partner or channel marketing
