Job Summary
Lead a team of 4 to 8 sales associates through training, performance reviews, and mentorship. Build and maintain relationships with established accounts while delivering and selling products. Distribute goods from company vehicles into retail establishments, unload and stock shelves, and preplan specific orders using an iPad. Identify opportunities to solicit additional business and minimize stale products to ensure freshness. Safely operate the company vehicle and practice safe work procedures. Maintain a clean three-year driving history and pass a DOT physical examination.
Required Qualifications
- Possess a valid driver's license with a clean 3-year driving history.
- Able to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical examination.
- Meet the minimum age requirement of 21 as mandated by DOT regulations.
- Successfully pass a drug screening.
