Job Summary
Greet guests and guide them in selecting Monthly Unlimited Wash Memberships, Single Wash Packages, and upgrades. Offer and sell these products while maintaining a safe, clean work area and ensuring all vehicles are loaded correctly onto the conveyor. Perform after-hours site cleaning duties including tunnel equipment and floor maintenance. Maintain high standards of personal appearance and follow company safety protocols in an outdoor environment with varied hours.
Required Qualifications
- MUST HAVE SALES EXPERIENCE
- Ability to adapt to the ever-changing high-volume retail while working in a team environment
- Flexibility to adapt to a variety of situations
- Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates
- Demonstrates ability to improve through training
- Build great relationships with guests and co-workers through excellent communication and follow-through
- Ability to operate all related equipment
- Work outdoors with the ability to stand and walk for extended periods as well as be in constant motion and do physical activities, such as lifting up to 50lbs, bending, reaching, and stooping
