Job Summary
Sales BDC Representative at McGrath Acura of Westmont handles 100% of incoming internet leads and sales calls, responsible for answering calls, scheduling sales appointments, following up on leads, creating customer contact notes in CRM, contacting customers per current marketing initiatives, responding to website requests via text/email/phone, notifying departments when appointments are scheduled, navigating dealership software to prospect and solicit new business, supporting the sales team to increase automotive sales, and striving to meet or exceed monthly goals. Requires high school diploma or GED, professionalism, salesmanship, teamwork, strong communication, customer service, multitasking, PC/internet proficiency, and the ability to work in-person as a full-time role with onboarding and paid training. Prioritize candidates who can maintain high levels of professionalism, communicate effectively, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced automotive sales environment.
