Job Summary
Manage all incoming and outgoing phone and internet sales leads, setting, confirming, and following up with customer appointments. Respond to inquiries professionally while maintaining an ongoing customer database to capture repeat business. This full-time role requires two years of dealership BDC experience, strong computer and phone skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
