Job Summary
Sales & Back up F&I professional to join Martin Automotive Group at Volkswagen San Bernardino. Responsible for assisting in automotive sales, supporting the Finance & Insurance (F&I) manager with contract processing and customer financing, delivering exceptional customer service throughout the sales and finance process, building rapport to encourage repeat business, and maintaining knowledge of dealership products, services, and promotions. Ensures compliance with federal/state/local laws and policies related to automotive sales and financing; assists with paperwork to ensure accuracy and timeliness; collaborates with sales and finance teams to streamline operations and enhance the customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Prior experience in automotive sales and/or finance preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service orientation
- Proficient with computers and dealership software systems
- Professional attitude with a strong work ethic
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
