Job Summary
Audit sales, cash, inventory, and transaction data while investigating discrepancies and resolving errors in non-sales transactions, commissions, and tax compliance. Reconcile gift card, store value card, and bank card transactions, then generate and distribute reports for stores and corporate departments. Support Buckle Rewards operations by auditing digital assets, resolving loyalty program issues, and assisting with guest inquiries. Collaborate with store teams, Loss Prevention, and cross-functional departments to ensure data integrity and operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree from a two-year college or university
- 1-3 years related experience in Business Administration
- 1-3 years related experience in Finance
- 1-3 years related experience in Management
- 1-3 years related experience in Retail Management
- 1-3 years related experience in Marketing
- 1-3 years related experience in a related field
- equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to operate a motor vehicle
- Ability to complete errands based on business needs
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
