Job Summary
Audit and reconcile sales, cash, inventory, and transaction data for Sales Audit and Buckle Rewards departments. Investigate discrepancies in non-sales transactions, commission adjustments, tax compliance, and gift card errors while collaborating with store teams to resolve issues. Generate and distribute reports for stores and corporate departments, manage loyalty program audits, and support operational projects including asset management and store communications. Requires on-site work in an office setting with moderate noise levels.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree from a two-year college or university
- 1-3 years related experience in Business Administration, Finance, Management, Retail Management, Marketing, or a related field
- equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to operate a motor vehicle and complete errands based on business needs
- Must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
