Job Summary
Drive sales by utilizing consultative selling practices to identify customer needs, suggest outfitting options, and provide fitting room assistance. Greet customers conversationally, adjust attention based on store traffic, and leverage the Lands' End website to offer solutions when products are unavailable. Process transactions efficiently using the POS and online systems for sales, returns, and exchanges while maintaining knowledge of current fashion trends. Perform markdown activities, manage stock replenishment, and ensure visual brand standards are met across the store. Work varied hours to support business needs, including overtime during peak seasons.
Required Qualifications
- Availability and flexibility to work varied hours to support the needs of the business
- Ability to adhere to Lands' End Attendance program
- Must be able to work a 40-hour work week and be available for overtime as business needs arise (e.g. peak season)
- Must be able to adhere to hours scheduled based on specific business needs (e.g. increased availability for hours
- Ability to sit for long periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
