Make outbound phone calls to prospective and existing customers, follow up via video, email, text, and calls regarding vehicle purchases, and spend time with customers to determine their needs. Address customer concerns by listening, demonstrate vehicle features during test drives, and assist with new vehicle purchases while completing quotes and explaining finance options. Maintain overall dealership cleanliness, keep up-to-date notes in the CRM, and achieve higher Customer Satisfaction Index scores. Complete daily tasks as required by the manager, manage time strictly, and follow company policies. You will receive factory monthly bonus money if you meet requirements and qualify for medical, dental, vision, PTO, holiday pay, and a 401K with employer match.
