Job Summary

- For all Kansas Applicants: background check; no felony or morals charge under Kansas law; cannot have furnished alcohol to a minor two or more times in 5 years.
- For all New Mexico Applicants: background check; alcohol server’s certificate within 30 days; cannot have supplied alcohol to a minor under NM Liquor Control Act.
- For all Oklahoma Applicants: background check; ABLE Commission approved training; issuance of an employee’s license within 14 days.
