Job Summary
The Sales Associate is responsible for ensuring hospitality for all store guests, resolving customer complaints, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store. This role includes processing sales transactions, proper placement, pricing, and stocking of merchandise, and preparing food as directed by management. Candidates must be able to move merchandise up to 60 lbs and stand for long periods. Successful candidates must complete required certification testing upon employment. Additionally, the position is subject to various state-specific restrictions related to background checks and certifications.
