Job Summary
Sales Associates are responsible for ensuring hospitality for store guests through timely transactions and maintaining store cleanliness according to Yesway standards. Key responsibilities include resolving customer complaints, managing merchandise placement and pricing, processing sales transactions, and preparing cooked foods as directed. The role also involves stocking shelves, following maintenance schedules, and lifting merchandise up to 60 lbs during an 8-hour shift. Successful completion of certification testing is required for employment. This position offers various benefits including medical and dental coverage, 401K with company match, and paid time off.
