Job Summary
The Sales Associate is responsible for ensuring hospitality for all store guests through timely guest transactions and store cleanliness. Key duties include resolving customer complaints, proper stocking and pricing of merchandise, and processing sales transactions. The role also involves preparing cooked foods, maintaining store cleanliness, and adhering to operational standards. Candidates must meet physical demands such as moving merchandise weight up to 60 lbs and working in a standing position for up to 8 hours. A successful completion of certification testing is required upon employment.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to ensure timely guest transactions
- Experience in resolving customer complaints
- Knowledge of proper placement, pricing, and stocking of merchandise
- Ability to process sales transactions
- Capability to prepare cooked foods as directed
- Physical ability to move merchandise/equipment up to 60 lbs

- Successful completion of required certification testing upon employment
Additional Requirements
- All offers of employment are subject to successful completion of a criminal background check
- Kansas applicants cannot have been adjudged guilty of a felony or morals charge
- New Mexico applicants must obtain alcohol server’s certificate within 30 days
- Oklahoma applicants must complete an ABLE Commission approved training program and obtain a license within 14 days
