Job Summary
The Sales Associate is responsible for ensuring timely guest transactions, maintaining store cleanliness, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring proper merchandising practices including placement, pricing, and stocking. The role requires processing sales transactions, preparing cooked foods, and adhering to maintenance schedules. Candidates must be able to move merchandise up to 60 lbs, stand for extended periods, and perform various physical tasks related to stocking merchandise. Successful candidates will complete required certification testing upon employment and must pass a criminal background check, with additional specific requirements for applicants from Kansas, New Mexico, and Oklahoma.

- All offers of employment are subject to the successful completion of a criminal background check.
- No offer of employment will be extended to anyone who has been adjudged guilty of a felony or of any crime involving a morals charge under Kansas law.
- No offer of employment will be extended to those who have been adjudged guilty of furnishing alcohol to a minor two or more times in the preceding five (5) years.
- All offers of employment for New Mexico Applicants are conditional and subject to the successful completion of a criminal background check and the issuance of an alcohol server’s certificate within thirty (30) days of employment.
- All offers of employment for Oklahoma Applicants are subject to the successful completion of a criminal background check, completion of an ABLE Commission approved training program, and the issuance of an employee’s license within fourteen (14) days of initial employment.
