Maintain regular contact with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage membership retention. Assist with front desk duties, manage schedules, and maintain a clean, organized environment. Collaborate with team members to foster a positive atmosphere. Represent the brand at local wellness events and pop-ups to boost awareness. Work flexible evenings and weekends near Silicon Valley shops and cafés.
