Job Summary
Greet and engage with everyone entering the studio, call, text, and follow up with leads to secure free intro class bookings. Guide first-time guests through their initial experience, sell memberships, packages, and retail products with confidence, and maintain a clean, welcoming front desk environment. Support studio operations, assist the General Manager, and jump in wherever needed across all shifts, including weekends and evenings.
