Sales Associate - Wyomissing

Meet membership sales goals and achieve performance-based targets for membership conversion, booking efficiency, call conversion, and gift card sales. Maintain detailed knowledge of the service menu to educate clients on specific offerings and enhancements. Provide an excellent customer experience by answering phone calls, setting appointments, greeting clients, and managing memberships. Passionately promote sales, promotions, and events while upholding spa cleanliness standards. Perform various other duties as assigned. This role offers a competitive base hourly rate plus uncapped commission on membership sales, with top performers earning an additional $2–$4 per hour. Flexible schedules including weekends, daytime, evening, and holidays are available.
