Job Summary
As a Sales Associate at World Market, you’ll be responsible for delivering a fun, memorable shopping experience by sharing passion and knowledge about our decor, furniture, and gifts; assisting customers to find the right items; handling in-store checkout and buy-online-pickup-in-store orders; maintaining merchandising standards, pricing, signage, and replenishment; participating in freight processing and truck unload as needed; and contributing to a safe shopping environment. You’ll thrive in a collaborative, open-minded, adaptable team culture and bring strong communication and time-management skills to help customers and teammates alike.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Age 16 years
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Retail experience a plus but not required
