Meet membership sales goals and consistently achieve performance targets including membership conversion, booking efficiency, call conversion, and gift card sales. Maintain detailed knowledge of the service menu to educate clients on specific offerings and enhancements. Provide an excellent customer experience by answering phone calls, greeting clients, and managing appointments while passionately promoting sales, promotions, and events. Uphold spa cleanliness standards and perform various other duties as assigned. The role features a varied schedule including weekends, daytime, evening, and holiday shifts with flexible availability preferred.
