Job Summary
Bloomingdale’s Sales Professional who guides customers to make style a source of creative energy, building long-term client relationships both in-store and online. Responsibilities include circulating the sales floor, identifying customer needs, communicating loyalty-program benefits, and supporting the shopping experience from start to finish, while delivering operational excellence by leveraging the store’s fulfillment system and upholding merchandise standards and fitting-room upkeep. Must be capable of standing/walking for extended periods, reading instructional materials, and working a flexible retail schedule. Proficiency with technology, cash register operations, and a customer-centric, collaborative approach are essential.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read and interpret instructional documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals
- Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays
