Job Summary
Create an in-store and online easy, seamless and fun experience by guiding customers to make style a source of creative energy. Circulate the sales floor to determine customer needs, share Loyalty program benefits, and support the shopping experience from start to finish. Deliver operational excellence by leveraging the store fulfillment system, adhering to merchandise standards, and maintaining floor and fitting room upkeep. Drive sales with clients by embracing technology and processing register transactions using handheld equipment and cash registers. Participate in merchandising and operational requirements while working flexible retail hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read and interpret instructional documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals
- Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays
- Color vision
- Ability to process register transactions
- Ability to frequently lift/move up to 25lbs
