Job Summary
Bloomingdale’s Sales Professional responsible for guiding customers to create a seamless in-store and online shopping experience, cultivating long-term client relationships, promoting loyalty programs, and delivering operational excellence through merchandising, store fulfillment, and fitting-room upkeep. Primary duties include circulating the sales floor to determine customer needs, leveraging technology to drive sales, supporting merchandising and operational requirements, and processing transactions with a focus on customer service and a positive shopping experience.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to read and interpret instructional documents
- Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays
- Prolonged standing/walking around store or department; may involve reaching, crouching, kneeling, stooping; frequent use of computers and cash register
