Job Summary
Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging with clients, performing POS transactions, and managing merchandising tasks including receiving shipments and replenishment. Meet and exceed shift targets while participating in community-driven initiatives and festivals. Work evenings, weekends, and holidays to support the team in a flexible store environment. Assist customers with tasting Arterra's award-winning wines through our comprehensive education program.
Required Qualifications
- 19 years of age or older
- High School or equivalent education
- Smart Serve Certification
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the job include lifting up to 21 kilograms, standing, reaching, bending and climbing ladders
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
