Job Summary
Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging with shoppers, performing point-of-sale transactions, and managing merchandising tasks like receiving shipments and replenishment. Meet and exceed shift targets while participating in community-driven initiatives and festivals. Work evenings, weekends, and holidays with flexibility to support the team environment. This role includes a strong wine education training program and tastings for Arterra's award-winning wines. Based at Wine Rack #044 in Waterdown, the position offers paid personal care days, cash and prize incentives, and access to an Employee Assistance Program.
Required Qualifications
- Retail experience
- 19 years of age or older
- High School or equivalent education
- Smart Serve Certification
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the job include lifting up to 21 kilograms, standing, reaching, bending and climbing ladders
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
