Job Summary
Deliver an exceptional customer experience through authentic engagement, active listening, and personalized product recommendations. Support store sales goals by educating customers on brand stories and assisting them throughout their shopping journey. Maintain a customer-ready environment by managing visual merchandising, replenishment, cleanliness, and inventory tasks. Complete opening and closing procedures, keyholder duties, and daily operational priorities while collaborating with teammates to achieve store objectives. Represent the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm in a fast-paced retail setting.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak retail periods
- Ability to actively work on the sales floor, including standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs
- Previous retail, hospitality, or customer-facing experience preferred
- Passion for creating exceptional customer experiences and building authentic connections
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage a diverse range of customers
- Ability to learn product knowledge and confidently share brand stories
- Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support store priorities and collaborate with others
- Ability to take ownership of assigned store responsibilities, including opening/closing procedures and keyholder duties as needed
- Dependable, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
