Job Summary
Provide an exceptional customer service experience and build brand relationships for Talbots at Williamsburg Premium Outlet. Demonstrate selling competence and styling expertise, create outfits using product knowledge, and achieve sales and service metrics including clientelling/outreach and appointment setting. Support store leadership with learning opportunities, coaching, and operational tasks such as filling orders, replenishment, and recovery. Thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, maintaining awareness of fashion trends and product knowledge to assist customers with fit, color, and styling. Maintain open availability to cover evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Honor Talbots’ commitment to customer service, relationships, and a positive, inclusive store culture.
